Al-Rahma Hospital was established to provide "distinguished medical service at an affordable price," thus achieving two goals:
First Goal: Contributing to the development and advancement of the health sector for the Djiboutian people
Second Goal: Contributing to providing a large part of the operating budget for the Al-Rahma Complex, the developmental landmark in Djibouti, so that in the near future, we will not need an operating budget from Kuwait to ensure continuous work. There are promising steps in achieving the above two goals, thanks to His Excellency President Ismail Omar Guelleh, who has given special attention to the Al-Rahma Complex and Hospital from day one, known for his interest in orphans and their care. May God reward him with all good.
