This department treats all children's diseases such as malnutrition, gastroenteritis, dehydration, genetic diseases, chest diseases, endocrine diseases, diabetes, and treats premature and underdeveloped newborns. It also receives cases of blood poisoning and congenital defects, handled by specialized medical staff capable of dealing with all cases. The number of cases received daily ranges from sixty to seventy.
